Representative Herron gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on                                                             
SB 88 (page 1135).                                                                                                              
                                                                                                                                
Representative Herron moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                    
reconsideration of SB 88 be taken up on the same day.  There being no                                                           
objection, it was so ordered.
